Brett A. Gladden is passionate about helping individuals and families prepare for life’s most important financial moments. After spending more than 20 years in corporate and manufacturing finance, Brett transitioned to financial services when he discovered how many people needed guidance navigating retirement, education planning, and other major financial decisions. For the past 14 years, he has found great fulfillment in helping clients develop personalized strategies and watching them achieve their goals.

Brett believes financial wellness means having the freedom to pursue your dreams and live the life you envision. He especially enjoys hearing clients say they learned something new and that their time together was well spent. Outside of work, Brett treasures time with his family, including his four children and five grandchildren. You’ll often find him cheering from the sidelines at his youngest son’s soccer and track events, spending time with his church community, or visiting his favorite vacation destination, Walt Disney World, where he once worked as a tour guide during the Disney College Program.
